Situated on the edge of a small Andalucian village, peaceful with rural views and patio pool not over looked.

• Sleeps 4. One double bed with ceiling fan one single bed and a sofa bed.
• Good self-catering facilities, washing machine, Galley kitchen with, fridge and separate bottle fridge, microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all utensils needed for 4 persons.
• Pool (one depth) with patio and out side shower.
• Patio table and chairs for meals alfresco.
• Roof sun terrace with sun beds.
• Lounge/Sitting room with table and 4 chairs, 2 seater and 3 seater sofas
• English, German and Spanish TV also DVD player.
• Log burner for winter heat.

Arrival and Departure Times

Preferred changeover days would be Saturday or Sunday but we can be more flexible out of season. Please ask before booking your flight to avoid disappointment.

The house will be available from 2.30pm on day of arrival departing guests please leave by 11.30am.

To Book La Casa Rustica

To book the property a 30%* non-refundable deposit is required with the full balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 damage deposit is also required on arrival to be refunded in full on departure providing there are no breakages or damage.

* If you have a good reason to cancel (i.e. family emergency) then the deposit would be transferable to a different date.
