The villa is situated in the peaceful resort of Benijofar, about 10 miles North of the town of Torrevieja. Alicante and Murcia airports are about a 35 minute drive away.

The villa is located on a small private development and enjoys the use of a well maintained communal pool. There is a local shop and restaurant just 2 minutes walk away and in a short 10 minute walk the lovely villages of Quesada, Benijofar and Benimar offer a complex of restaurants, bars and shops There are a number of blue flag beaches close by, the nearest of which can be reached by car in ten minutes. There is also a large supermarket within 5 Minutes drive.

If golf is your hobby, you can drive to the golf courses: La Finca, in 5 minutes and Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas in ten to 15 minutes.

Facilities

Three Bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two twin bedded rooms. There is also a double sofa bed, 3 luxury bathrooms each with a shower and one with a full size corner bath.

A comfortable living room with dining table and colour satellite TV receiving UK television.

A fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge freezer, oven, hob, and washing machine.

Two sun terraces, one at ground level and a large south-facing garden terrace offering a fantastic unspoilt view of the mountains. The Ground floor terraces have sun all day and the garden terrace offers complete seclusion. In addition to this the large double bedroom with ensuite shower and bath has its own large terrace with views over the well maintained pretty gardens and beyond.

The pool itself is a good size with a toddlers' pool attached.
